Gaza Trade Mark Office Extends Renewal Deadline without Penalties
On 17 September 2026, the Trade Mark Office in Gaza issued Administrative Decision No. 154/2026 extending the renewal deadline for trade marks that became due for renewal since the closure of the Trade Mark Office without incurring late renewal fees.
The extended deadline is one (1) month from the issuance date of the decision, making the new deadline 17 October 2026.
