Firas has more than 25 years of IP-related experience, with his expertise spanning both contentious and non-contentious trademark, commercial, copyright and domain name matters. He is well versed in handling oppositions and cancellation actions, devising trademark filing, infringement and enforcement strategies and providing brand clearance advice. Firas assisted with the opening of our offices in Amman, Jordan in 2011 and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2014. Firas is also the General Manager of our Amman office.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Firas worked with a regional IP firm for 12 years where he gained an in-depth knowledge of IP laws and practices throughout the Middle East and North Africa region.
