Iraq’s Minister of Industry and Minerals has issued Decision No. 26038/2026 increasing the official fees for trade mark services. The Decision was published in the Official Gazette no. 4863 dated 30 March 2026, and entered into force on 6 May 2026.

Trade mark services affected by this increase include searches, registrations, renewals, recordals (assignment, merger, license, amendment), certified copies and status certificates, hearing requests, oppositions and voluntary cancellations. The overall increase varies between 40% and 150%.
