Qatar Launches Digital Portal for Industrial Designs and Models
The Intellectual Property Rights Protection Department at Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) has officially launched a suite of new electronic services for industrial designs and models.
The newly introduced services include applications for registration, preliminary examination requests, appeals against registration decisions, and oppositions to the acceptance of industrial designs or models for registration.
