Oleksandr advises clients on various intellectual property matters in Ukraine and other countries in the region. He represents clients before the local customs authorities, the antimonopoly committee and the Ukrainian IPO. Oleksandr handles trademark, patent, design, and copyright litigation, and negotiates settlements in infringement cases. He also conducts IP due diligence and advises clients on IP management issues including licensing, assignments, and coexistence of rights.

Before joining the firm in 2021, Oleksandr spent 15 years as legal counsel handling IP and corporate legal matters at two other law firms and a real estate company in Ukraine. During this time, Oleksandr also worked as a law enforcement officer and a licensed insolvency practitioner.
