Nada prepares, files and prosecutes national, international (PCT) and European patent applications, extends duration of patents by Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC), validates European patents and restores lapsed patents and applications. Nada also prosecutes trademark and design applications as well as applications for protection of plant breeders’ rights and admitting plant varieties into the national lists of varieties, in Serbia and other jurisdictions in the region.
Nada joined the firm in 2012, shortly after earning her LLB from the University of Belgrade.

Successfully suspended the proceedings at the Municipal Court in Prague until EPO’s Board of Appeal decision on the client’s appeal against the revocation of their European patent is issued, after the Czech IPO rejected the client’s SPC application and the Czech IPO Appeal Body dismissed our appeal
