Maya handles patent, trademark and design prosecution, including translations, availability searches, filings, office actions, registrations, recordations and renewals before the Ukrainian Intellectual Property Office. Maya is also responsible for patent, trademark and design prosecution in other countries in the region.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Maya worked as an assistant in the trademark department of a well-known Russian law firm with an office in Kyiv, Ukraine and also as an office manager for a worldwide supplier of fine chemicals.
