With over six years of experience and an extensive knowledge of the MENA region trade mark laws, Jana advises clients on trade mark registration procedures and arranges for the filing and prosecution of trade marks. She also handles searches, maintenance and large-scale recordations, as well as assignment and license agreements. She also handles trade mark oppositions and responds to office actions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Jana worked in the human rights and public law field and at the family-owned law office where she handled civil and criminal cases.
