Florentina’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement. She manages IP portfolios of large multinational corporations providing strategic advice on IP clearance, prosecution, litigation and risk assessment. Florentina represents clients before the local IPO, courts, customs and other state authorities. She drafts legal opinions, advises on infringement matters, issues pre-litigation notices and handles enforcement actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Florentina worked on commercial law and European integration projects for the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation. With over 15 years of IP-related experience, Florentina has successfully assisted numerous leading global companies with trademark prosecution and enforcement.
