
Dimitar Batakliev
- Head of Office
Dimitar’s practice focuses primarily on contentious IP legal work. He represents clients across various industries in trade mark, design, and patent infringement cases in Bulgaria. He is well versed in handling trade mark oppositions and coordinating cross-border matters. Dimitar also assists clients with patent prosecution before the Bulgarian Patent Office and the EPO.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2014 and CWB in 2023, Dimitar worked for five years at the Bulgarian Patent Office as a lawyer and Disputes Department panel member.
