Anna’s practice focuses on complex trademark matters. She drafts responses to office actions and provisional refusals, provides strategic advice, files oppositions against trademark registrations, prepares cease and desist letters, and represents clients in negotiations with third parties in Ukraine and other jurisdictions in the EECA region.
Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Anna worked at the Ukrainian IPO, where she drafted regulatory documents aligning Ukrainian legislation with the respective EU regulations. Her prior experience also includes working at a Ukrainian IP boutique and a Ukrainian full-service law firm, where she prosecuted trademarks, drafted various IP rights agreements, and handled domain name disputes under the UDRP and the UA-DRP, the Ukrainian variation of the UDRP.
