Yolande handles the entire range of contentious and non-contentious patent and design-related legal work for clients operating in South Africa and other jurisdictions across the continent.

Prior to joining CWB in 2023, Yolande worked for Hahn & Hahn since 2016, where she gained valuable experience in litigating patent and design disputes before the Court of the Commissioner of Patents in South Africa. She is also skilled in general litigation and representing clients before the High Court of South Africa. She is also well versed in maintaining patent and design rights locally and in foreign jurisdictions.
