Tatiana advises multinational companies on protecting their IP rights in Ukraine and throughout the CIS region. She handles various contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including trademark and design clearance, registration, oppositions, cancellations, licenses, assignments, security interests, and infringement. She also collaborates with Ukrainian customs authorities and police on the surveillance, seizure, and destruction of counterfeit goods.
Prior to joining CWB in 2023, Tatiana worked for PETOŠEVIĆ for 13 years. In total, she has over 17 years of experience in handling trademark, industrial design, and domain-related legal work for a wide range of clients across multiple industries.
