Sara’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement in Serbia and other jurisdictions in the region. She is also well versed in protecting geographical indications. Sara formulates and implements IP strategies for both established multinational and emerging companies, including start-ups. She represents clients before the courts, the IPO and the customs and market inspection authorities.
Sara joined our firm in 2014 shortly after earning her LLB from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.

Assisted with a case before the Serbian Supreme Court in which the court prohibited the transit of goods infringing IP rights through Serbia, the first ruling of its kind in Serbian practice
