Samarah assists with the management and maintenance of client IP portfolios across the MENA region. She prepares, files and prosecutes trade mark applications and updates the clients on the progress and status of their trade mark applications and registrations. She assists with IP audits, drafts legal documents and prepares cost estimates. Her responsibilities also include translations and correspondence with clients, agents and local intellectual property offices.
Prior to joining CWB in 2024, Samarah worked for two years as an associate at another law firm in Beirut, where she handled trade mark prosecution.
