Rosine has more than 12 years of experience in the legal and compliance fields. She drafts, reviews and negotiates all types of agreements, drafts policies and trainings, and is also well versed in due diligence and arbitration.

Prior to joining CWB in 2024, she worked as a Senior Paralegal at Ali Bin Ali Holding Company, one of the largest retail and distribution companies in Qatar, as Legal and Compliance Officer for Amira Industries, an industrial group active in a variety of industries ranging from oil and gas, information technologies, and logistics, and as Legal Counsel for Al Hamra Group, a supplier of military and security equipment.
