Predrag manages and oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of CWB offices across the East Europe region. With over 20 years of experience in the IP field, Predrag has efficiently and effectively handled a multitude of both routine and complex IP matters. His practice currently focuses on clearance, maintenance and enforcement issues related to large multinational corporations’ trade mark portfolios. He is also well versed in domain name disputes and online infringement.

Predrag joined PETOŠEVIĆ in 2007, and in 2017, transitioned from the role of Senior Associate to the role of Chief Operations Officer, the position he held until 2023, when PETOŠEVIĆ merged into CWB. His previous experience also includes working as a trade mark examiner at the Serbian IPO.

Experience

  • Assisted a U.S. law firm with the Global Trade Mark Report Card, submitted to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the U.S. Patent and Trade Mark Office and other agencies of the U.S. government - the contribution covered 28 countries, and centered on well-known trade marks, landlord liability for trade mark infringement, statutory damage claims, and border measures against counterfeits

  • Advised leading multinational apparel and footwear, energy drinks and food packaging companies on trade mark prosecution and enforcement strategies in Eastern Europe

  • Advised well-known social networking companies, in multiple jurisdictions in Central and Eastern Europe, regarding various reports of trademark, design and copyright infringement
