Natalia handles contentious IP matters with an accent on the enforcement of trademarks, industrial designs, patent rights and copyright. She also supports our clients with anti-counterfeiting services in Ukraine and other countries in the region. Natalia also has ample experience with the protection of plant variety rights.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Natalia worked for 18 years at a legal firm in Kyiv where her practice focused on the enforcement of patent and trademark rights, protection of plant variety rights and IP-related regulatory issues in the field of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals.
