Mohammad manages all contentious IP matters at the CWB Saudi Arabia office. He files court cases and prepares appeals against refusals, oppositions and cancellation actions for IP disputes in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. Mohammad advises clients on trademark, patent and copyright disputes and is experienced in enforcing IP rights. He handles anti-counterfeiting actions and conducts investigations, while he also reports on customs seizures and follows up on enforcement matters in Saudi Arabia. Mohammad also prepares and executes settlements in relation to IP disputes with local entities.
Before joining CWB in 2017, Mohammad worked at the Jordan office of a leading regional IP firm for nearly 9 years, and at another law firm in Jordan for three years.
