Mladen handles prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and contentious patent and industrial design matters. He represents clients before the courts in infringement cases, customs disputes, market-related cases and trademark cancellations. He also handles office actions and oppositions before the local intellectual property office and manages complex assignment, pledge and license recordation cases. Mladen works closely with the Montenegrin customs and market inspection authorities on the surveillance, seizure and destruction of counterfeit goods.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2008 and CWB in 2023, Mladen practiced business and employment law in Montenegro.

Managed legal due diligence through a US law office for the acquisition of a local IT company, and subsequently worked directly with the new owner to acquire a Montenegrin company and establish a new structure, with both changes successfully recorded in the local commercial register
