Miruna handles clearance, registration, maintenance and enforcement of trade marks and designs in Romania and other EU countries. She represents clients before the Romanian PTO, drafts cease and desist letters, negotiates and concludes settlement agreements, and advises clients on all aspects of trade mark and design protection.

Before joining the firm in 2024, Miruna worked as an associate at another IP law firm in Romania for three years.
