Melina handles patent, trademark and industrial design prosecution and maintenance, including patent and trademark clearance searches. She also provides services related to geographical indications. Melina prepares and records assignments and license agreements and handles provisional refusals, trademark oppositions, cancellations, invalidations and appeals before the Albanian IPO, providing opinions, drafting arguments, and representing clients in hearings.

Melina joined PETOŠEVIĆ in 2009 and CWB in 2023. She is a European Patent Attorney and an active member of the European Patent Institute (EPI).
