Kim’s practice focuses on trademark and copyright matters in the MENA region. She assists clients with the prosecution, enforcement and commercialization of IP, focusing on contentious work. Kim manages the trademark portfolios of leading global companies and has significant experience assisting clients in the fields of technology, luxury goods, fashion, beauty, cryptocurrency, automobiles and FMCG.
Prior to joining CWB in 2022, Kim practiced with a leading South African IP firm for five years, focusing on trademark, copyright, unlawful competition and geographical indication matters in South Africa and neighboring countries.
