Indira’s practice covers all areas of IP law, with a particular focus on patent, design and trademark prosecution in Kazakhstan. She represents clients before the Kazakh IPO, drafts legal opinions and handles oppositions, cancellations and revocation actions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, she spent 16 years in various positions at the Kazakh IPO, including one year as head of the department for the examination of trademarks, geographical indications, appellations of origin and industrial designs.
