Halim leads CWB as Group CEO, setting the firm's strategy and direction against a single vision: to transform how IP services are delivered and consumed. Under his leadership, CWB has moved beyond its founding merger to become an integrated international firm operating as one, across 100+ jurisdictions, through one operating model, one standard of quality and one technology and compliance backbone.

Halim's focus is the firm's next chapter: deepening client relationships, building the CWB brand, and extending the firm's footprint into the world's emerging and underserved markets. He champions CWB's three ways of working - as a direct partner to IP owners, as the execution layer behind IP platforms, and as the operating backbone behind other law and IP firms. He drives the firm's investment in proprietary technology, an AI operating model, and a group-wide integrity and compliance framework built for the most complex jurisdictions.

Halim was the founder of Cedar White Bradley before it merged to form CWB. Before establishing Cedar White Bradley in 2006, he was General Manager of the UAE office of another regional IP firm, where he led a large team responsible for protecting many of the world's best-known brands, with an early focus on redefining processes around quality and efficiency. The same principles now embedded across CWB.
