Elena Norocea
- Senior Associate
With over 8 years of IP-related experience, Elena provides comprehensive guidance on all aspects of IP law. Her main responsibilities include clearance, registration, maintenance, and enforcement of trademarks, designs and geographical indications. She also represents clients before the Romanian IPO.
Prior to joining CWB in 2024, Elena worked for 8 years at the Romanian IPO as a Senior Examiner, Head of the Preliminary Examination Department, and Legal Advisor at the Board of Appeal. She also worked for another Romanian law firm, where she advised clients across various industries in Romania on all aspects of IP law.
