
Dragana Vulović

Dragana represents clients before the courts, IPO, customs, and market inspection authorities in Serbia. She oversees large IP portfolios for leading multinational companies and advises clients across various industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, food and petroleum, on all aspects of IP rights protection.
Before joining CWB in 2025, Dragana worked as an Associate and Attorney at Law at PETOSEVIC and at another Belgrade-based IP law firm. With more than 15 years of IP-related experience, Dragana has successfully managed a variety of complex trademark-related contentious and non-contentious cases. She also has extensive experience with the protection of industrial designs, domain names, and copyright in Serbia and the Western Balkans.
Experience
- Advised and supported a major global IT company with their trade mark prosecution strategy in Serbia, including navigating complex examination challenges before the national IP office
- Provided strategic guidance to a leading pharmaceutical company in multiple trade mark opposition proceedings, helping to safeguard their brand against conflicting registrations
- Contributed as part of a local legal team assisting a leading dairy company in contentious trade mark matters, including administrative proceedings following opposition actions
- Assisted one of the largest petroleum companies in managing trade mark-related litigation, including issues surrounding parallel importation, offering comprehensive legal and procedural support
- Advised a well-known international glass manufacturer on counterfeit enforcement strategies across multiple jurisdictions, facilitating resolution of infringement issues at the pre-litigation stage
