Dima leads the firm's business development initiatives such as strengthening existing client relationships as well as identifying and capturing new markets and opportunities. With a strong legal background, Dima is a trusted consultant in the IP industry and regularly advises CWB's clients and potential clients on their MENA IP protection strategies.

Dima is a long time business development specialist with over 20 years of experience working in the IP industry. Prior to joining CWB in 2021, Dima worked for another well-known multinational IP firm, where she began her career as an IP legal counsel for Arab clients before transitioning to the role of International Clients Relations Service Manager. In this role, she gained valuable knowledge and experience working with law firms and in-house counsels mainly from Europe and the United States. This gave her the ability to understand clients' IP needs while working within specific local regulations.

Dima is an active member of several international IP organizations and has represented the firm at numerous IP events and conferences.
