Carmen manages clients’ trade mark portfolios across the MENA region. She handles both contentious and non-contentious work including trade mark clearance, oppositions, cancellation actions, enforcement, and complex IP disputes.

Prior to joining CWB in 2015, Carmen worked for five years as an Associate at two law firms where she practiced commercial and criminal law.
