Bianca’s practice mainly focuses on trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation, primarily in South Africa, but she also assists with trademark related issues in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho and Namibia, the other four member countries of the Southern African Customs Union (SACU). She handles large-scale trademark portfolios, oversees recordations, conducts availability and registrability searches, and handles filings, prosecution and bulk renewals. In terms of enforcement, Bianca handles trademark infringement and opposition proceedings, as well as passing off and copyright issues. She also drafts and reviews IP-related agreements.

Prior to joining CWB in 2023, Bianca worked for seven years as an IP associate and attorney at Hahn & Hahn. She also worked in the field of commercial law, drafting and reviewing various types of commercial contracts and handling commercial litigation.
