Berina handles prosecution and enforcement of IP rights in Bosnia, mostly focusing on trademark and patent cases as well as anti-counterfeiting strategies. Berina manages high-profile trademark infringement cases and assists clients with online trademark enforcement. Over the course of her career, she has handled oppositions for some of the world’s biggest technology and automotive companies.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2011 and CWB in 2023, Berina spent two years working as a junior associate at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo.
