Barbara is the main point of contact for our clients’ IP-related matters in Slovenia. Her practice focuses mainly on trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement. She advises clients on various non-contentious and contentious IP matters, assists with litigation in Slovenia and represents clients before the Slovenian IPO, the EUIPO and the Slovenian customs authorities. Barbara is also experienced in coordinating and supervising trademark clearance searches. She manages trademark portfolios in multiple jurisdictions where we operate and has experience with coordinating cross-border IP matters.
Before joining our firm in 2015, Barbara worked at another law office in Slovenia where she provided administrative support to the team and also handled IP-related legal tasks.
