Balázs handles various contentious and non-contentious IP matters with an emphasis on the prosecution and enforcement of trademarks before the Hungarian IPO and Hungarian courts. He is also well-versed in domain dispute litigation and other Internet-related IP issues. Additionally, he works with Hungarian customs authorities on the surveillance, seizure, and destruction of counterfeit goods.
Prior to joining CWB in 2023, Balázs worked at PETOŠEVIĆ since 2017. Previously, he worked at another Hungarian IP firm for eight years, handling all types of IP matters, primarily enforcement of trademarks, designs and copyright. He also has substantial experience in the fields of corporate, real estate, communications, and media law.
