With over 15 years of IP-related experience, Ana provides comprehensive guidance on all aspects of IP law. Ana counsels clients on trademark protection, drafts agreements, assignments and licenses, handles trademark clearance and enforcement, and represents clients in proceedings before the courts in Serbia. While Ana’s practice mainly covers contentious and non-contentious trademark-related legal work, her expertise extends to patent, copyright, unfair competition and advertising issues.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2007, Ana worked for a private law practice operating in all areas of civil and commercial law, where she also handled patent and trademark cases.
She is an active MARQUES, INTA and EPI member and has represented PETOŠEVIĆ at various conferences.
