Ana handles complex trademark matters, including provisional refusals, office actions, clearance searches, infringements, and assignments. She is also well versed in protecting copyright and industrial designs. Ana represents clients before the Serbian IPO and also works with the Serbian customs and market inspectorate authorities on the surveillance, seizure and destruction of counterfeit goods. She formulates and implements IP strategies for both established and emerging companies, including start-ups.
Before joining our firm in 2013, Ana worked as a legal advisor at the Consumer Center of Serbia.
