Ainur assists with trade mark enforcement and litigation, applying pre-trial, civil, administrative, criminal and customs measures. She drafts and reviews licensing, assignment and franchise agreements, and is experienced in matters involving parallel imports and counterfeit goods.

Before joining CWB in 2025, Ainur worked at a Kazakh leading tech and e-commerce company, an international law firm, and a major consumer goods manufacturer.

Experience

  • Assisted in complex trade mark and patent disputes, representing a major pharma company

  • Helped safeguard a historical trade mark of a leading confectionery company in the CIS region

  • Advised well-known beer manufacturers on advertising regulations and assisted with complex franchise and licence agreements

  • Handled border measures against counterfeits
