Abduazim handles patent and trade mark prosecution and enforcement. He manages office actions, refusals, renewals, anti-counterfeiting cases, and drafts licensing agreements and assignments. In addition, he conducts trade mark searches, manages client communication, and corresponds with Uzbekistan's Antimonopoly Committee, the IPO, and the Agency for Consumer Protection to ensure compliance.

Before joining CWB in 2025 and completing his one-year internship, Abduazim worked for nearly two years as a legal assistant at a Tashkent-based law firm, where he gained experience in court proceedings and legal documentation across economic, administrative, civil, and criminal cases.

  • Assisted in advising a leading confectionery manufacturer in Uzbekistan in cases involving lookalikes, including market investigations, government coordination, seizures, and enforcement strategy
