Maryna advises clients on trademark prosecution and enforcement in Ukraine and other countries in the EECA region. She responds to office actions and provisional refusals, drafts and files oppositions, conducts investigations, drafts cease and desist letters, handles negotiations and works on trademark cancellation cases. She also assists in domain name disputes.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Maryna worked at two other law firms in Ukraine, where she practiced civil, commercial, administrative and criminal law.
