Jelena leads various HR functions and responsibilities across all regions in which the firm operates, including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, training and development, performance management, benefits, cultural integration, and change management. She works closely with the senior management to align HR practices with business objectives and shape the firm’s culture to reflect its values and mission.

Jelena has over 13 years of experience in HR Director roles in leading multinational companies in FMCG, banking and retail sectors. She has driven business growth by initiating projects in M&A, change management, culture integration, organizational design, and employee rewards. She is a recipient of several HR awards for employee engagement, learning & development, talent management, and innovation in HR.
