
Camilla Ismatullayeva

Camilla’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution and maintenance in Uzbekistan and other Central Asia jurisdictions. She files applications and follows them through to registration, handling all aspects of the process, including overcoming complex office actions. Camilla represents clients before the Uzbek Intellectual Property Office and advises them on all aspects of trademark law. She also represents clients in invalidation and cancellation actions before the Board of Appeals under the Ministry of Justice, and in unfair competition cases before the Antimonopoly Committee.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Camilla worked in the Uzbekistan office of a regional Central Asian IP firm for five years, where she started as an office manager and, after showing interest in trademark law and practice, became a paralegal and finally a trademark attorney.
